I made marshmallows yesterday. They turned out ok, but not as fluffy as I would have wanted. I think the gelatin set too quickly, or didn't have enough water, and so didn't incorporate fully. I think a stand mixer might have helped as well.

I think I just found me an apartment. It's a 3-bedroom on 54th between Kimbark and Woodlawn, with a back porch and a little balcony attached to my room.

Nothing like a hot shower to get the fiberglass slivers out of your back skin.
